Prayer Focus (o)

Sometimes we don't know what to say in our prayers. When that happens, we can use verses in the Bible to pray. For example, Father, I ask that we "be imitators of God, as beloved children; and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma." (Eph. 5:1,2) or  "Make me know Your ways, O Lord; Teach me Your paths." (Psalm 25:4)   - which makes me think of Proverbs 3:5,6.

Helpers

A member or attendee who has filled out and passed the child safety application process and serves in the Children's Area Sunday School.

In Sunday School (11:00 service), we need helpers. We also could use a helper substitute - someone to cover when people are gone.

A successful Sunday School helper relying on God's grace and direction will get to know the kids while assisting the teacher to manage the classroom and help with tasks and supplies, while learning the teacher's methods used in the classroom. This position is a weekly or monthly Sunday commitment for one year. A 6-month church attendance is required.

Sunday evenings offer more individualized care as we learn verses, study the Bible and play games well.
