VBS

VBS is a great opportunity to bring any and all kids to a fun week of getting to know God. You can even tell your neighbors that it provides 5 evenings of date nights. We have arranged VBS to accommodate as many kids as your kids can bring. Pray about who should come and who you should invite. July 13-17, 5:30 - 8:00 pm.

Prayer

We have noticed that some of us do not like praying out loud or even know what to pray - and that includes children. This year, we are going to focus on teaching prayer in each of our children's ministry programs. We will have them practice prayer, remind them of how to pray and that those who have trusted in Jesus have confident access to Him. Your kids have seen it modeled, and they also pray, but we are continuing to reinforce that God hears them no matter their age.

Grades and Classes

Reminder that we stay in our current grades until August. We will not change classes or grades until they are assigned new grades at school in the Fall.  

Worker Investment

When we serve your kids each week, we want to be refreshed, filled with God and able to lovingly point them to Jesus. We, those who work with your kids, had the opportunity to get refreshed by worshipping together, reviewed how to creatively build lessons for kids, heard again about the freedom of the gospel and our prayer focus for this year. Be praying for those who love your kids here at Calvary.
