Another Bible Study opportunity is coming up at Calvary! We will be doing a 10-session DVD Bible Study called:
GOD OF COVENANT: A Study of Genesis 12-50

Beginning with Genesis 12, walk alongside the fathers of our faith—Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph—to discern Jesus in the stories of His people.
Over 10 sessions, discover how God orchestrates everything for His glory and the good of His people, and see how the God of creation and covenant is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Join us if you want to:
- Discover how every story in the Bible points to Christ.
- Learn to view the lives of biblical figures in the larger context of Scripture.
- Challenge your basic understanding of familiar stories.
- Gain knowledge of who God is as He has revealed Himself through Scripture.
Here is what you need to know—
Who: Women ages 16+ are invited. Bringing friends is encouraged!
What: GOD OF COVENANT, by Jen Wilkin. A 10-session DVD Bible Study.
Pick One of 2 Times Weekly:
- Sunday evenings—Beginning 1/8, 5:45 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Facilitator: Adeana Thurston. (Same time as Children's AWANA and GOSPEL AGENCY programs for age 4-5th grade.)
- Tuesday mornings—Beginning 1/10, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Facilitator: Marya Jones
Note: No meeting the week of February 12.
Where: Calvary Baptist Church, 12501 Montcalm Rd., Greenville, MI 48809—Room 102
Study Guides: Study guides will be handed out at the first session. If you are unable to be at the first session, please let us know and we will get you a book ahead of time.
Cost: The cost of each study guide is $16 and can be purchased at the first session. (Scholarships are available. Please reach out if in need.) Please bring exact cash or a check made payable to Calvary Baptist Church.
Alternatively, you may pay online via Calvary's Payment Portal using the NON-DONATION/PAYMENT option. Please note GOD OF COVENANT in the required text box.
Advance registration is preferred, but please come regardless of signing up!
