Pastor Shaw began his ministry at CBC in 1995 as the Teaching/Senior Pastor. His pastoral responsibilities include teaching, oversight, pastoral care and counseling. He is married to Diane, they have 2 adult sons and 10 grandchildren.

Bart Bouman

Associate Pastor

Administration, Men's Ministry, Adult Education

Pastor Bouman joined the full-time pastoral staff in 2012 but has been a member at Calvary for many years. In addition to the oversight of the ministries mentioned, he provides pastoral care and counseling. He is married to Amanda, they have 5 children and 1 grandchild.

Rob Tahtinen

Youth and Family

Pastor Tahtinen joined our pastoral team in June of 2023. He has been in Youth Ministry for 15 years. He is married to Stephanie, and they have 3 children. Their goal as a family is to see Teens and their Families flourishing in grace and in the truth of God's Word.

Matt Mead

Associate Pastor

Pastor of Engagement

Matt Mead started at Calvary in March of 2025. He is married to Tina, and they have three children and three grandchildren. Matt has spent most of his career as an engineer but obtained a Master of Arts degree in ministry and organizational leadership. As Pastor of Engagement, he trains leaders to facilitate intentional life together through life groups, education and service.
